Dear [redacted] , As we spoke after your Revdex.com Complaint, we came to a solution that you will be making payments for accounts which adds up to $and Eyebrow Plus Management will talk to the collections agency to close the third account at balanceOn March 7, you made a partial payment of 50$ which applied to the account that was past due of 7/20/You informed one of the representatives that you will call back next week to complete the last paymentWe will be waiting for your call to complete the paymentAfter the balance is paid off we will be giving you months of services even though the payments are to cover for the time period of 8/1/till 2/1/We have already closed the account from 7/20/2015, and once the account from 10/20/is paid off, Eyebrow Plus will close the accounts for that time period as well as work out with collections to close the account from 1/20/
Initial Business Response / [redacted] (1000, 5, 2015/10/01) */ As stated on the membership agreement signed by the consumer: -Membership cancellation or freeze must be in writing, delivered to the Eyebrow Plus Inc. Membership Coordinator five (5) days before monthly dues are to be collected.... -All outstanding balances must be reconciled before membership can be cancelled or frozen. -Paid in full memberships cannot be cancelled or refunded based on use or non-use of the services. Unfortunately, we will not be able to issue a refund for the payments made prior to 9/20/15 since we did not receive a written cancellation request 5 days before the membership renewal dates. We will make an exception for the payment that was supposed to go through on 9/20/15. We will accept this BBB complaint as a written cancellation for the 9/20/15 payment and all future transactions.
