Review: In Dec, 2014 I purchased a facial promo (Three for the price of two.)

Emma, the beautician who sold it to me, expressly told me that it had no expiration date. I told her if it did I would not buy it. She said it would not expire.

I go to Emma 1-2 times a month for my eyebrows. I've seen her 20-24 times since I purchased the package. I've mentioned getting the first facial when my schedule cleared, she says, "[redacted]."

Well, today, I went to schedule my facial and she said, [redacted]"

That was never mentioned. Now they will not honor my package, nor refund my money. They claim they have no record when they have a carbon copy of the certificate which she told me was kept in case my copy was ever lost. Now, they claim that isn't true. But I saw the copy in the booklet! Emma said she would give me "[redacted]", but I purchased 3 full facials, so it's no favor, it's required. I can't believe she would scam me when I've been a customer for years.Desired Settlement: I would like either a refund for the full $110.

I would accept a store credit for the amount.

I would begrudgingly accept that I can no longer have my FREE (third) facial, but the two that I paid for, be either honored, or refunded.
