Eye Vista Optometry

I came to Eye Vista Optometry because my boyfriend referred me saying that they are great and you will be happy. I needed to get an eye exam, purchase frames with lenses and purchase contact lenses. I chose the frames that I was happy with and completed my eye exam. At this point I was Charged $780.00 as follows Optical Frames $348.00 Optical lenses $220.00 Acuvue Oasys 24 pack $265.00 the store gave a $53.00 credit. I paid everything in cash in confidence that I would be satisfied. When I received my glasses I couldn't see clearly I felt dizzy. I came back at a later time and Dr. C gave me a second eye exam and suggested that we remove the astigmatism from the right eye so he replaced the lens. My boyfriend picked up the glasses and I still couldn't see clearly, I was very upset. I came back to the store with my boyfriend to try to talk about a refund, we were told that we can only receive a store credit. As my boyfriend was talking to an employee Dr. C comes out of no where an started yelling at my boyfriend saying "bro bro bro why are you causing problems here we are busy its Monday you have to come back with an appointment you are not VIP". My boy friend and I were completely shocked, this was unprofessional coming from a business especially coming from a Dr. .
