The only problem I have is they said they refunded me I full and they did notThey only refunded me half the moneyI don't want people to think they get their money backIt took many phone calls just to get half and they were very rudeHave them retract that I got a full refund and only got half

Hi In looking through the notes I can confirm the customer talked with an agent and negotiated with them to get 50% refund which they were given on 10/28/16. If you would like I could provide you with a recording of the call to help with this case. Please let me know
