Review: I went to Mr. E[redacted] business on the 10/**/2015 to have the lens on my glasses upgraded to my new prescription.

I asked him if he could do the job using the same old frame and he accepted the job and requested a $50.00 down payment which I paid with my checking account. A week after I paid the remaining $90.00 and pick up the glasses. To my surprise the lens began to fall off the frame. Mr. E[redacted] refuses to fix the problem or reimburse my money alleging that the frame was no good any longer. He is the professional licensed expert, why he accepted the job if there was a problem with the frame and accepted my money?Desired Settlement: I want my prescription and the $140.00 paid back.
