damage his window. I had told this client that he had something stuck inbetween his window and inside gasket. Which is not our fault in this case. Even if his car died in our shop because we just pull in 10 feet and pull out 10 feet from the garage because we have handled over 1427 cars and in counting. Never had issues.We and the insurance is telling him we are not in fault. But he has not contacted us about it even after he got our insurance information not even once. So we expect his to call us because him going on Revdex.com is like seeking a blackmailing way to get free service and I will not honor people like them. This world revolves because business owners like us exist. We even help skin cancer patients with tint they cannot afford. We donate a lot but when customers tells us it's our fault when it's not. in a new computer program, when we cancelled the customer's subscription in our system, it not did not properly discontinue future monthly charges. We believed the problem had been corrected, only to learn that the system once again charged the customer. All fees have been properly credited back to the customer. We have also sent a personalized gift and restaurant gift certificate, along with our sincere apology. Our system has been corrected, tested, and is now working properly.
