Purchased a Groupon for this company for "FULL HOUSE AIR DUCT AND DRYER VENT CLEANING WITH UNLIMITED VENTS AND ONE RETURN" COMPANY CALLED AND CANCELED THE APPOINTMENT TWICE STATING MACHINE WAS BROKEN OVER WEEK PERIOD FINALLY ARRIVED ON TECHNICIAN WHO WAS VERY NICE AND JUST CAUGHT IN THE MIDDLE WAS TOLD TO DO BASIC CLEANING FROM PLENUM WAS TOLD NOT TO DO THE RETURN OR DRYER VENT HE CALLED HIS BOSS WHILE HERE AND I SPOKE TO THE BOSS NAMED *** *** STATED THIS WAS ALL THE SERVICES WE GOT FOR OUR VOUCHER EVEN THOUGH WE HAD THE VOUCHER IN HAND TO SHOW THEM ALSO WHEN CALLED TO MAKE THE APPOINTMENT THE REPRESENTATIVE DID CONFIRM ALL SERVICES INCLUDED AIR DUCTS AND DRYER VENT AND RETURN AIR CLEANING
