was hired in March 2020 to complete work on a flip project, at that time he advised myself and my client that work would be complete in 3 weeks. He began work on 3/11/2020 and on Fridays was paid a portions for the work completed and for materials for the coming week. On Friday April 17, 2020 he was advised the job was taking much longer than we had discussed and that it needed to be completed by 4/24/2020. I received photos 4/18/2020 of flooring that had been installed, I reached out that Sunday, Monday and Tuesday but *** had blocked my number and deleted his Facebook entirely. All communication had ceased on his part, one of my workers tried reaching out to him and he didn’t respond to them either. It’s now been 2 weeks and still no contact with *** has been made. Half the job was completed and *** has been paid for the complete job. A refund is what I’m asking for the incomplete work.
