I received a letter stating that a purchaser was not satisfied with heritem, she says she returned the item to meI never received a returneditem, and the purchaser never contacted me or Etsy. There are policies
andsteps to follow when you are unhappy with an item, however I never receiveda complaintI have involved Etsy and they said nothing was filed with themeitherThe purchaser never posted a tracking number for the returnedproduct(Which ironically I never received) I would have gladly refundedher money if I would have gotten my item backAlso in the letter it statesthe purse she purchased was supposed to be newYour not allowed to evensell new items on Etsy unless they are handmadeIt clearly stated in my adthat the item was a Vintage Dooney&Bourke handbagI feel like this personis just trying to get a free designer handbag or they would have returnedmy item and filed a complaint within a timely mannerAlso it is passed the90day Etsy return policyThis item was purchased in October it isJanuary and I am just now being notifiedI refuse to return her $38until I receive my handbagEtsy is also taking further action toward thisbuyer, this their second issue with her not following policy and wanting arefund.Thank You,***
