Review: Faulty job on roof was done which is causing water damage to facial and sofit. Also causing water damage to sheet rock on inside of house including water spots on ceiling. Shingles were cut all the way back to flashing around the whole house and also edge of roofing was lifted up to allow water to enter underneath of shingles. Multiple calls to company have been made and I can't get anyone to answer or to return my calls.Desired Settlement: Being I have a 5 year warranty I'd like to have entire roof replaced, all remaining damage replaced and refunded for the damaged wood I have already had replaced.

Hellomy name is Shane G[redacted] I am the owner of extreme quality roofing My company did not do mr [redacted] roof ar roofing did his roofing work my company does repair work for ar roofing as they are located in Kansas I went to mr [redacted] home to repair his roof he did not allow me to makerepairs because he wanted ar roofing to replace his roofhe was trying to convince me that ar roofing was responsible for things that was pre existing the man is on medication and tells you the samething over and over again I was in contact with mr [redacted] for about a month he was disgruntled and vulgar we contacted ar roofing to see what to do about the problem they replied not to go back there as the man was unstable and leaving threatening phone calls to them they said lawyers were involved and to do nothing unless instructed I have not been in contact with mr [redacted] after that
