Since the time of the complaint, we have been able to move forward with the process and have had crews on site daily working on the project.

professionals that we hired to handle this for us were educated with the expectations and inspection process with the Town of Normal.
After I met with the Town of Normal, I was able to get a clear understanding of what needed to be done to satisfy their inspection process and have proceeded appropritately.
We did not make the July 1st deadline but at this time we are getting carpet installed and should have the electrical and plumbning fixtures trimmed out on July 13th.
The project should be completed within days and again we have worked dillegently on getting through some of the challenges that we did not expect to have to overcome.
It is our intent to see the project through and warranty our workmanship.
We are not perfect however we have taken accountability for our mistakes and have been diligent on working towards a successful completion.
I appologize for the frustration and inconvenience and apprecaite the patience and understanding of both the home owner and the Town of Normal as they have both been cooperative and pleasant to work with.

The project is still not complete. In fact, additional setbacks have occurred. At this point, the tile work in the bathroom that was completed has to be redone. We have been more than flexible and more than patient. This isn't about plumbers and electricians not being informed about permitting processes. It goes far beyond that to how the entire project has been managed. We have been dealing with this since January. We don't have an end in sight.
