Review: I have diabetes and feel headachy most of the time. Bought about 61.00 dollars of fish, fish food, and supplies. I got to the counter and the price for the Tetra Crips were off by one dollar. The employee says, sorry the price went up and that was that but there was one container at the lesser price. PetSmart sells the same for 18.00 two dollars less, I was going to be ok with 19.00 but it was the way the employee stated it to me. I had enough with being dicked around by these people so I asked for a return. they tried to give me a dollar but that wasn't the point. It's CALLED CUSTOMER SERVICE. REGARDLESS OF WHAT YOU THINK OF ME ( SCOTT'S COMMENTS, say, I NEED to SEEK HELP, I'm NEGATIVE and then he says, I'm no longer allowed in the STORE. FINE, then I WANT A REFUND ON THE REMAINING ITEMS I PURCHASED, he says, the receipt says, NO REFUNDS. and then further comments about my negativity.. HONESTLY, I am like everyone else it this county, I WANTED EXCELLENT CUSTOMER SERVICE NOT MEDIOCOR BUT EXCELLENT.. I've called him on the phone hoping to talk to him about stuff but he he's too busy to take my calls.. OK SO, I got the hint. but he SAYS to me, I don't support the community, WHICH I DO, as I've been in the hobby for over 40 years., This person business isn't going to make it using this type of business PLAN!. Customers are the backbone of your business you can not make without them. . SURE I expect good service I deserve it. I'm the one spending money! ... And that's all I expect. If that's too much for you then you are in the wrong business. ... The parting comment from him is that I NEED HELP!Desired Settlement: I was told not to come into his business, and when he did this he did this in front of customers in the store. I felt horrible I just wanted good customer service.. I would like my entire purchase refunded.
