Review: 1. There was a persistent leak with the new roof that had been replaced. As a result there is damage to 2 interior walls

that need to be done over.

2. There is a crack around the edge of the basement that allows water to enter the basement.

3. As a result of #2, mold is developing on the basement walls.

4. Walls were painted without being completely sanded.

5. Walls were put up without placing insulation behind them.

6. Cheaper quality materials/flooring

This remodeling project took well over 2 months and a great deal of an expense. Initially [redacted] and his staff were very accommodating but now he seems uninterested and annoyed by the mention of e above problems.Desired Settlement: That the necessary repairs and replacements are completed and addressed in a timely fashion.
