I was told the construction would be complete within 12 weeks and here it is they're telling me 3-4 more weeks. I explained to [redacted] this is what was going on. She is a wonderful girl and I plan to resolve the issue the best possible way once I am able to get the records. All I have in this computer is "some" of the correspondence. She at first asked if the monies could be transferred and I did that. Then she requested a refund. I believe she only attended maybe 3 classes, again all the records are locked up.
