I am rejecting this response because:
That is not true. We were charged for the thermonstat. I called two days later to say that nothing was fixed. You never returned my call and never came back to look at it. Also you didn't put more frown in. You said you just replaced the thermonstat, and you said you would send an invoice so we could get warranty work, I never received an invoice from you. So I didn't get reimbursed for any work you did.
