Review: On https://www.extrabux.com/stores/american-express-giftcards, Extrabux claims to pay 1% cashback for buying gift cards at American Express through their Start Shopping link. I clicked the Start Shopping link and bought a gift card for $1,796.05 on 9/2/15. I then clicked on the Start Shopping link again and bought a gift card for $646.05. From the terms of its website, Extrabux owes me $24.42 for these orders. Extrabux has refused to pay the cashback stating "the order was placed in a manner which made it ineligible to get cash back." I've asked them to specify in what manner was my order made ineligible and Extrabux has refused to answer. I followed the terms as stated on their website and am owed $24.42.Desired Settlement: I request Extrabux pay the $24.42 it owes me for my orders.

Review: Extrabux.com offered a $28 cash back rebate on the purchase of a virgin mobile phone $35 or more. I purchased a phone from virgin mobile for $39.99 during the time that the offer was active. Extrabux has tracked this purchase, but refuses to pay the rebate even after I provided them with order confirmation and proof of delivery.Desired Settlement: Credit my account with the $28 cash back rebate.
