Extend Joint Care

I have ordered 8 boxes of Extend Joint care for my German Shepherd and I love it. I get it thru Amazon and have never felt ripped off. When you order it, make sure you click the box next to "one time order" or they will continue to mail it every month and charge your credit card.I paid $112.00 for two boxes. Please read the small print and make sure when you order at the check out you read everything so you're checking "ONE TIME ORDER" box so as NOT to be charged every month. I order two at a time and they arrive in 3 days.

This company is a rip off, they will charge you twenty dollars to turn around and sit an unopened box on the shelf when you return it. No one will get a positive response from me. ","neg-3

Do not do business with this company As other complaints have said, they charge your account every month even thought you don't want the product. I thought I was getting the "free" trial for the just the shipping charge. After 30 days they charged me the full $69. and the next month sent another!! I do not recall ever reading that this was their policy anywhere in the sign up for free trial.. They are impossible to get a hold of, email tells you to call and calling gets you people that are difficult to understand with poor phone quality. They say they arent' allowed to transfer your call either to someone you can understand or a supervisor. The call bank is in Utah and the address says Nevada. I think something is fishy in this business. I just want a refund for products I did not order or use. I have sent both free sample unused portion and second box I received back to them and am still waiting for refund. Now I am out two shipping costs. This is a scam I am afraid, do not do business with them.","neg-1

Extend Joint Care practice is a total RIP OFF. Company automatically charges your card every month for approximately 69.00 when only 1 bottle of supplement were ordered which sent my bank account into problems. In additon they make it hard to contact them and are registered in Nevada and provo Utah. I will contact New York State Attorney Generals office for further assistance. This company will set you up on an unapproved subscription program. They are nearly impossible to contact, and the only way I could get out of this $69 monthly nightmare was to cancel my credit card! Don't do it.","neg-4
