Heartless company! Clearly run by [redacted]. Towing someone's car for parking in a guest spot in the community where they LIVE on Christmas, because there were no resident spots available. Rather than considering the additional people taking up spaces on the holiday and being a bit lenient one day out of the year, they would rather be heartless [redacted] and make money off the little guy on Christmas. You took money from a hard working family, trying to raise 4 kids, because they were visiting family for Christmas and didn't have any other options to park when they returned home. Review: My car got impounded during Labor Day weekend and the tow truck picked up my car on Sunday. Monday was a day off I could not pick it up then so I went the next day which was Tuesday to pick up my car in the morning. The bill came out to be $324.38 for two days of my car being there I even spoke to the boss to understand why I was being charge the Tuesday I picked up my car if the day you pick up your car should not be charge. On top of that they didn't take debit card or credit card for payment and they charged for tax. To me what I paid was a lot of money specially if it was in a lapse of two days.Desired Settlement: I would like to get refunded the tax money and the $50 dollars I had to pay for Tuesday.
