Thank you for providing me the information regarding the complaint This is in regards to contract [redacted] for Book Industry Study Canon Financial Services Inc (CFS) is the leasing source for this transactionCanon Solutions America (CSA) is the servicing dealer Per the terms of the lease CFS does not warranty the equipmentThe lease is non cancellable and can not be terminated earlyThe lease termination date is 12/16/As a concession CFS allowed the customer an early return of the equipmentOn July 17, CFS provided a buyout to return and advised Brian O'Leary that upon receipt of the payments for the lease that CFS would issue the return authorization Per the terms of the lease the customer is responsible for the return of the equipment CFS would be happy to coordinate a trucking company to come out and pack up the equipment but the customer would be responsible for the cost associated with that I have reached out to a trucking company to obtain a cost for the return of the equipment Upon receipt of that information I will reach out to you in regards to a proposal for resolutionPlease let me know if you would like me to forward this the servicing dealer, Canon Solutions America, for additional information in regards to the service issues that the customer raisedThank you, Lori Anne D [redacted]
