Complaint: ***I am rejecting this response because:
Our roof had been replaced years ago and the home inspector for the sale of the home said our roof was fine except for the sloppy patch job by Michael P***, owner of Express Techs Northwest The inspector requested that we get a licensed roofing company to do the job correctly Rob The Roofer, with years experience and licensed as a roofer, was hired and his work passed the home inspection If MrP*** had repaired the roof correctly, the inspection would have passed Finances were tight for us, but MrP*** did nothing "free" and was given a few items in return, as we were selling and moving, plus cash for the job MrP*** gave us a bid before doing the job and we expected the work to be done professionally and never expected to fail the roofing inspection.Sincerely,*** ***

I Told this customer before I began the repair that they needed a new roof and they insisted I repair part of it against my advise and I did the work at nearly no profit to help them out as I knew before I began that they had financial troubles. told me the home inspector didn't like the patch work I reminded her of the conversation and then she basically showed her true colors insisting I do some free work or give them money to repair the house.

Tell me why was I repairing a 7 year old roof, that under any conditions possible, would still be under warranty ?
