Express Quality Car Wash

Mr.*** ***, came to Express Quality Car Was weeks ago, After car got washed and clean by the employee Mr*** complained that the radio buttons were brokenWe did our investigation, where we found out that the buttons were not broken, they were just pushed in inside the dashWe
tried to put them back and fix it but we couldn't do itWe send Mr*** to a stereo shop, where the guy tried to fix the buttonsThe guy (stereo guy) after evaluating the stereo said the problem were the clips that hold the stereo to the dash of the car were brokenWhat caused the clips to break? is just the wear and tearTherefor we take zero responsibility for the damage to the buttonsIt was an old vehicle model and the buttons were caused by the wear and tear of the vehicleMr*** said it was out fault, but we use soft towels and we only wipe down the interior of the vehicle If it was a problem caused by the employee of car wash we would take responsibility for the damage and fix the problemWe are a 100% costumer satisfaction and value our costumers

I am rejecting this response because:
My buttons were not pushed in or broken before entering the carwash so it could not have been wear and tear, I have a witness who was with me who can attest to this, the mechanic they sent me to was one of the managers friends, the manager said he would fix it for free, the mechanic said the piece needed to be replaced because the clips got broken, not that they were already broken but that they got broken, which means when one of there employees was in my car he broke it, the owner came out and without any proof or reason just said that it could not have been his employee and that it must've already been broken. The way I'm being treating as a customer is wrong, this company is very dishonest and unprofessional, they're are a number of negative yelp post stating the same thing about this company. I just want to be compensated for the damage to my radio that there employee caused.
