I did paint the shower room as the mold and mildew would just keep coming back on on the flat paint. I lived there for yrs and was going to be painted anyway. As far as moving out without notice, Mr*** told me I could not do month to month. He said I could renew the lease or I had to be out on March 28th 2015. I even had to pay for the days before March as I did, so how he didn't know I moved is beyond me! He set the date!!!!!!! He wouldn't even let me stay till April first. I have spoke to many of his past tenants and this is the norm. He wouldn't rent to me unless I signed a yr lease cause it would cost him less
