Unfortunately I paid up front for new kitchen cabinets and sink.
First they delivered the wrong kind of sink, a bottom install, after it was already cut out for a sink that goes on top of counter top. I waited around 6 weeks with plenty of phone calls in between for the sink to be delivered.
Not to mention that the Lady from customer service was very rude to me,
I'm 78 years old and I do have a bit of a foreign accent, does not mean I shouldn't be treated with respect and courtesy.
When the sink arrived, the hole that was cut in counter top before, for the wrong sink (bottom install) was to small to install the right sink.
So I ended having to install the bottom sink as a top counter sink, which shouldn't be the case with such a supposedly professional company.
The trim for the top of cabinets wasn't installed or even delivered.
As well as a special cabinet door that never even made it here.
Every time I called to ask about it, there was a different excuse, including that they send the door back because they didn't like the way it looked.
There were appointments that weren't kept, I waited at home and did not even get a phone call. When I called the lady from customer service, she said that they called and rescheduled, but that did not happen.
After everything was bad done, I noticed a crack on counter top.
I send pictures and just wanted it fixed, not even replaced, to tell the truth I was just done and tired of the back and forth.
Owner or the main guy from Boston Rd., that I made original purchase with, told me to send him pictures per E-mail. I did send him plenty of pictures, but never received any response. Still waiting for it.
JUST STAY AWAY FROM EXPRESS KITCHEN !
