Review: Yesterday afternoon at 1:57pm The car wash machines scratched my c class mercedes benz on the trunk and roof. When I called the young woman said she admitted that I was not the first customer to complain about their vehicle getting scratched. And said that management will not do anything about it not even if police were contacted, I have my receipt and was told manager will not be there until tomorrow and even if she was that she would not speak to me about the matter, the young lady on the phone said the managers name is [redacted] I am very unsatisfied not only did my car get scratched but they didn't vacuum under my mats and my windows were left spotted like a Dalmatian.Desired Settlement: Repair for the damages made by the machine and a full refund for the terrible service provided.

I have yet to recieve a phone call or email from the carwash, there was no information from insurance given, when I contacted carwash they claimed they would do nothing for me or the other customers that have previously complained of the same kind of damage done to their vehicle, that is why I contact Revdex.com. I will be waiting for my refund and payment for damages, Until that happens my case has Not been resolved

Please review our cashier statement regarding this problems.

We do every day more than 100 car (at least), Especially weekends we do more than 150 cars.

We have a lot of incidents every time except scratch body on the top. Machine doesn’t hit the body because of control by computer system.

So Our manager request came to our store and show us scratch body part and if she found any problems, she will report to me and insurance company notify.

But Customer never came to us .

We treat customer best. We record properly for incident and repair any issue with customers.
