Once again, I listened to the video again and it clearly does not say that there will not be a restatement cost to comply with the IRS amendments- the video says no additional fees such as custodian , broker ect because he is the trustee of the plan and can self direct the investments. never mentions that every 6-9 years the IRS usually requires a plan complete restatement that requires that over 300 pages of plan adoption, detail plan documents, trustee agreements, summary plan description ect must be prepared to comply with the 6-9 year requirement- this fee is well below what other companies are charging such as [redacted] or [redacted] plan administrators- Pension planners has prepared over 200 restatements and he is the only one to complaint. 
 again , a completely new plan document of over 300 pages every 6-9 years is very reasonable in my opinion and this is not an administrative or broker fee or commission, it’s a completely new plan cost and I never know how much the IRS is going to require us to do so I could not even give clients an estimate of the cost every 6-9 years
