Express Blinds

I ordered only 5 window treatments 11 months ago. 4 were installed. The 5th window treatment has been promised to be installed for 8 months. Appointments were established many times prior to the window treatment being delivered and each time an excuse was made as to why it could not be installed. The last appointment was 1/6/2020 and the contractor did not show up, nor was there an e-mail/phone call before the appointment or after. I have told him several times I am not impressed and very disappointed in their service. It's not like this order was complicated. Nor did I order window treatments for an entire house. Each time I have talked to the contractor there is an excuse as to why the window treatment was not delivered. Very unprofessional to make an appointment several times and the product has not arrived from the manufacturer to the contractor for installation. For example, I have an e-mail from the business owner (after several phone/e-mails) on August 23, 2019, stating "the manufacture has agreed to comp your master bedroom blind. They have also agreed to provide expedited shipping. A rep from the manufacturer is also going to call today or Monday to discuss the situation and give a date for completion. Thanks for your patience." Other than comping the blind, nothing beyond that occurred.
