Express Auto Detailing & Window Tint

7//20 window tints put on my MK7. I requested that my previous tints be removed and replaced with 5% tints on the whole car with 20% on the windshield. I worked until 3 pm without a call about my car being done. I called the owner "Elmer" around 4 who I was instructed to call in the morning when I arrived. He said my car was finished and to give the guy there the money. Once I arrived with my boyfriend we stood outside until we saw a car being backed out of a garage with window tints on it. I walked up to a guy asking about my car. Luckily my boyfriend speaks Spanish and could translate for me. On their Instagram and Facebook, it does state that they speak English and Spanish. Which is not that big of a deal but it would have been nice to know as if my boyfriend was not with me I would, unfortunately, have not been able to communicate with the tint technician. We asked what the scratches on the tints were and why he had put tape on my front windows and he gave us some excuses. He also left a rag and excess tint in and on my car. I called Elmer to tell him it didn't look good since I couldn't communicate with his employee and he said to give it 4 days for the bubbles to go away. I told him I know it takes a few days for bubbles to go away as I've had tints put in multiple cars. Lint under tints and scratches and tint missing doesn't go away. Dropped my car off 7//20 to be fixed via Elmers verbal phone "guarantee" which was a lie. The guy refused to redo the job. Told me he's not responsible for my car keys when I left it there to be fixed. Asked for them to be removed and told I would have to pay and Elmer hung on me. He only redid the front two windows and left huge parts of the windows without tint, the front windshield tint has excess tint jammed into the panels sticking out, the back left small window was not fixed, the right passenger has the scratch on it. He left dirty water and marker marks all over the inside windows. Not professional at all and very rude. No guarantee and botched work.
