Review: The owner, [redacted], promised a rate to complete the auto work and inflated it by $1000.00. Furthermore, he ignored my phone calls regarding sending the invoices for over a week. He had my car fixed over two weeks ago but because he was nonresponsive the insurance company never received the invoice. His failure caused invoices to received late & payment processed two weeks late I now have rental car expenses close to six hundred dollars.Desired Settlement: I want the price of two thousand four hundred dollars I was promised & refund of my rental car expenses of two weeks
