injury. However, around the time I was beginning their wedding, I was involved in a car accident with my son that totaled my vehicle, causing injury that requires physical therapy and ptsd therapy for my 6 year old (now 7) and legal battles with the company who hit us. Surgery was also done last month. I had been out of work for some time. I did have communication with [redacted], the groom and explained our situation. He seemed sympathetic as I also informed him that I was rushing their film. I sent the film to a company that builds dvds, I received them back and mailed 6 copies-3 was included to an address that was provided. I mailed off the package almost 2 weeks ago. If they had not received their film yet, I will have to know as I can archive my receipt with the tracking number from the store it was shipped. I also created for them a digital version to have which would cost $400 to make as they have exclusive rights to create as many dvd or USBs as they like. I am slowly rehabilitating and since then, ended filming weddings after many years of providing films to satisfied customers. In the 6 years in business, this is my first official complaint. With my deepest apologies, I have never maliciously intended on providing a late product nor missed communication. Sincerest regrets in all of this, Alissa
