Expo Tracker

Review: I rented a lead collection device from Expo tracker for the [redacted]. I found the device to be sub-par in collecting and qualifying leads. It was a simple Ipod with an app on it. However, I made it work for the show even though it was a clumsy device.Furthermore I have been unable to secure my leads from the show with their online software because [redacted] of Expo tracker has not uploaded my leads from the device to the cloud, so I can not access them. It is now 3 days after my show and my leads are now cold and I still cant access them even if I wanted to. In my opinion Expo tracker has essentially stolen $200 for the rental of the device that I cant get leads from, and now my $4000 exhibit and 3 days of work on a show floor are for nothing.I have attempted contact with [redacted] to get my leads uploaded as she promised they would, but have not actually done so. Nobody at Expotracker answers the phone.Desired Settlement: I want my $200 back, and I want my old- cold leads. If I am lucky I may be able to salvage the ROI on that show and it will not be a total loss. If I do not receive an offer of refund I will be contesting the charge on my business credit card and I will post more negative online reviews.

The business Expo Tracker did manage to produce my leads days after the show. I was not pleased at all with their slow time frame but they did produce them.
