Chris P [redacted] , the owner came out to my house to put together a proposal to add about $6,000+ in new services and to take over the servicing of my accountI selected Chris because his business is located minutes from my neighborhoodIt quickly became apparent that Chris was concerned that he would not be as competitive as my current provider on the items to be added as he brought that up on more than one occasionHowever I had several reasons form wanting a new service provider and cost was only one factorChris assured me he would get back with me with a proposal After about a week I hadn't heard from Chris and I emailed himNo responseA week later, today, I called and left him a VM and also sent him an email asking where was the proposalI receive and email back from him stating that he would not be able to offer me any services and it would be in my best interest to stay with my current service providerWhat?!? How terribly unprofessionalI am in a tight time crunch before I move in and did not have two weeks to burn on this
