Exploding Pill Taxidermy

I have been waiting for months or a taxidermy serviceI’ve called several times with no answer, Since I am out of state, I became concerned that they had gone out of business My last communication was around June When my call was finally answered, I was accused of harassment and that I “just didn’t understand Taxidermy because it takes time...”., I have not been contacted since I did submit an inquiry through their website yesterday and recd an auto-reply to give them hrs to respond I’ve still not recd a response I have not paid anything as I was told when I dropped off my animal that I could just pay when he was ready to ship I would not drop off my item without paying unless it had been acknowledged that it was agreeable to do so
