I had Expert Pest Control come to the house to treat for bees. Thy did so, and the bees were gone within two days. I was very pleased with that service. While he was there he noticed tunneling through the yard. He seemed to think they were voles tunneling. I paid $346.25 to have him get rid of the voles and chipmunks on 7/15/16. He did three treatments and ended the job on 8/2/16. The tunneling never left. I called and was told my contract had expired. I said the problem was never taken care of, so they sent a manager out today 9/21/16. He stated that I treated for the wrong thing. I should have treated for moles. They are the experts. I just wanted and thought I was going to have a burrow-free yard. The manager stated the best he could do was give me a discount. Instead of paying another $450 to start all over, he would give it to me for $300. I said no to that. They did nothing to take care of the problem or offer a reimbursement. I basically threw away $346. They were excellent at taking care of the bee problem, but did nothing to solve my mole/vole problem.

Review: The company has an apparent model to where you call them up for a one time extermination, and they basically set you up to where you have to join a $100 monthly "program" in order to Warrantee their work. We hired them for a 1 time bed bug extermination and paid over $800 to have the job done. Within 2 months the Bugs where exactly the same. We then called the company to have them re spray and warranty their work as the job of "extermination" wasn't done. That’s when they told us that we needed to be on their yearly service at $100 a month in order to come back out to re spray! WHAT? And then to make it even worse they told me because I had not signed up for that the first time I would have to pay another $800 for a second "initial" visit!! A. They did nothing to get rid of the bugs as they want you to be on a monthly program so they left the property with enough infestation as to have to call them back. And B. they do not warranty their work as a contractor and have the Gaul to try to charge for a second "initial" visit!! The word "initial" the word initial mean first time visit! They also called my property manager to tell her to tell me not to "bother" them because she set the service up. Yes on MY PROPERTY on MY BEHALF with MY MONEY.Desired Settlement: We demand a full refund as we had to hire another company to come out to do "another extermination after your company refused to do anything about it unless we joined their year ly service and or paid another $800 dollars! It is a bold face scam and the Revdex.com and contractors board needs to look hard into their business practices. I WILL NOT STOP UNTIL WE GET A REFUND AND THAT WILL INCLUDE SMALL CLAIMS AND THE LICENSE BOARD.
