PROMISES TO COME TO TAKE CARE OF BLANKET ON A/C and check vibration on the unit and NEVER shows. No phone call and refuses to return my calls.
New unit installed in July, 2011. Because of the noise level of Rheem unit said he ([redacted])will return and install a blanket to curb the noise level. Also one unit is vibrating to where the pictures on the wall inside the house are being disarranged. Continuous efforts to call and he finally accepts my call and promises to come by that same afternoon. He never shows and never returns my many calls. This company does not provide service to its customers once they sell you their bill of goods!!!
