Expert HVAC & Refrigeration

I had an appointment for someone to come to my home at 5:15 pm to give me an estimate. I got off early from work and rushed home to be there on time. They never called to let me know they were not going to bother. They never showed up. I had told the lady that I would like them to be there at 5:30 pm but she insisted it had to be 5:15 so I asked for permission to leave early. If this is what they do at the estimate, I can imagine how disappointing they are with their work, unreliable. I had even let them know they had a red mark about their license not being updated at the Revdex.com and this is the thanks I got.
