We were run around more than three times about our move. The pick up crew was excellent, professional and fast. However, once it left our apartment, it stayed in storage. We contracted Desert Movers to pick up and send our stuff out if AZ. We were told the truck would be there on our actual pick up day only to learn that a shuttle was taking our stuff to be held for a pick up the next day. We called to make sure everything was ok only to find out nobody has picked up. We were assured the pick up would be Monday, 6 days after promised. We followed up on Tuesday to find out our stuff STILL has not been picked up. This company is the black hole of your possessions.
