We had one day, during an open house, to have an inspection done. It was a ridiculous timeline and the seller was not very accommodating. Ken come on very short notice to do an inspection on the home we fell in love with. Within minutes he was concerned with a problem and within 20 minutes he had decided that the home would need massive repairs under the foundation due to drainage issues and we decided it was not worth it. He explained the issues and communicated well as we moved around the home looking at different aspects. Now we know why the home owner was trying very hard to make a proper inspection next to impossible. Ken will definitely be coming to the next home we fall in love with. Thanks, Ken!
