Review: They were the 3rd party installer for[redacted]. After paying $20,000 for two units they have had many issues. Now they are not working. I called for service and they told me they do not work with [redacted] anymore. These units are only 9 months old. I had problems from the beginning. 1st they didn't hook up all of the duck work, then the duck work was creating puddles of water because they were not installed correctly. Now the units are not working at all.Desired Settlement: I would like to get these fixed.
