The window was replaced with new glass in March of 2013. The customer notified us that the window would not open. We made a service trip to fix the window and found due to the age of the window the balances had rusted away and jammed up the window.?

Our service professional was able to repair the broken part, but due to the age and manufacture new parts are not available. The customers window now opens, closes and locks as it did prior to fixing the fogged glass.

The conflict has been resolved and Expert Glass has done everything it could do to this satisfy this issue. Please notify us if there are any questions please do not hesitate to ask.

The window glass was replaced in march 2013. We called Exspert glass approx. two weeks later to inform them that the window did not operate, we did not get a response back from them. We continued

to call leaving messages which were never returned. Finally after months of calling, we threatened them with legal action. We then received a response notifying us that they would come make the repair. A repair person showed up and attempted to repair the window. The window guide and balances had been damaged during the window replacement not allowing the window to open , as attested by steve the repair person. Steve then broke out the rest of the guide channel and disconnected the balance cable allowing the window to at least be operational. We were told that the replacement parts would be obtained and installed when received. We have not heard from them since, until receiving their rebuttal letter from Revdex.com. Contrary To Exsperts Glass response, the window in question is not old and rusty less than 20 years old, in addition the balance devise is not installed. The window is also is missing the guide system on one side effecting the integrity and possibly allowing

the window to be more easily accessed from the exterior.

We tried to resolve this matter for our customer! We are a window repair

company, the deal was to replace the fogged insulated glass in this

customers windows. The windows had other issues such as rotting wood and

broken sash support systems. These parts are unavailiable for this style

of windows due to their age. We were able to correct the issue of the

windows by making it open and close on a follow up. The window is secure

fixed to the best of our ability.
