Review: Contractor was paid 42% of the full amount, and failed to show up and never kept his appointments. He always had a reason why he could not come. He then changed his telephone number and could not be reached. Only after going to his physical address did he again tell me that he was going to contact me. When asked form my money back, he had told me that he had already done half of the work. All he did was glue and adapter to my toilet drain after finding out he could not do what he had planned. Also the PA contractor license number he used on the contract belongs to a roofing company in Philadelphia.Desired Settlement: I would like a fair amount of the monies paid returned. I am glad to pay him for what little work he did.
