My experience is that these people are rude, unprofessional, unskilled and lack the necessary people skills to interact with customerWhen they tried to change a follow up appointment with me at the last minute when I took the morning off for them they told me to get another service provider if I didn't like it and hung up on me

We Fixed the issue. Yes in the process we cracked the Pan a little bit. We insured her that nothing will happen, it will not in any way effect the performance or cause any harm to the unit or house. We also gave her 100 percent assurance in the case of any issues with that problem. We will cover it...
