We diagnosed the problem with Ms [redacted] 's unit on 1/28/ The parts were ordered through the customer's warranty company immediately The parts were on backorder through the parts distributor, which we have no control over The parts arrived on 2/15/and the repair was scheduled with the customer on 2/18/ This was a hour job but we only charged one hour Also, the customer called back on 2/25/complaining about the unit not working properly We sent another tech out on 2/27/at no charge to customer The tech found everything working properly on the unit.The only problem I see in the repair is the long wait time for the parts, which, again, was out of our control [redacted] Expert Appliance Repair Services, LLC

The customer simply needs to call her warranty company and have them set another appointment
