I had a very negative experience with Expert Air Conditioning & Heating, despite working with them in the past and offering many referrals They will try to overcharge you if your not carefull and their customer service is extremely unprofessionalOn the day of service, we agreed to top off the freon on at properties on the same street, they called in to say they are running behind, then they tried to tack on additional fees OR they said they were not willing to come out because they have "other customers who were more urgent" AKA willing to overpay/get ripped off Go somewhere else

Needed a a new rooftop air conditioner/heater decided to go for a company that I don't see advertised on t.vFigured lower overhead would save me moneyExpert air conditioning&heat sent a highly skilled detailed technician (*** & *** the assistant) to install a new roof top unit and remove and cap an old swamp cooler I climbed up on the roof and watched for a bit & inspected the work, everything works and looks greatThe attention to detail led to a perfect fitHowever,the price was $1,less than *** & $less than *** ..But yet I got great service and experienced techsSomeone is gonna pay for that spendy t.vadvertising.Not MENO WAY Thank you Expert Air&Heating
