On Friday, July 3, my iphone screen began to fail due to water damage. I called the store and asked if I could bring my phone, which is my work phone, in for repair.
I brought my iphone in and was told to return as close to seven as possible to pick it up. My phone had a glass screen protector on it and I was told it would be an additional $30 to replace that along with the original screen. I declined the screen protector sharing with your employee I could order one on the internet for less than $10. Your employee then told me he would only charge me $10.
I returned to pick up my phone on Friday as close to seven as possible as requested, and the screen had been replaced. One of your technicians then attempted to replace the screen protector twice and failed due to the glass not adhering properly. I was then informed that the store has no further stock I would have to return on Tuesday to have a new protector placed on the screen. I acquiesced to this as I had little choice but to return.
Later Friday evening I discovered that the face recognition on my iphone was longer operable. After attempting several 'fixes? I performed some research on the internet and discovered that this issue is not uncommon when screens are replaced. Your store was closed for the holiday on Saturday and you are regularly closed on Sunday. I called on Monday, twice, and received no call back. I came to the store on Tuesday, since I needed the screen protector and also wanted the face recognition restored since it worked when I brought the phone in for repairs.
Long story short, the phone was not repaired and today it had to be replaced wholesale due to the damage this store's technicians caused.

Billing Adjustment At a minimum I would like the $179 I was charged to fix the phone returned to me since the phone was not repaired and had to replaced due to the damage inflicted on it by this store.
Please find the response we left to the review you left on Yelp on July 25th. Our response was posted on July 27th. The response was "very sorry to hear this...Please come back to the store at your convenience and we will refund 100% of your purchase." Please see attachment of screenshot from Yelp.
