Experience that Jaaz

Review: I bought a Groupon for 90 minute massage at Experience that Jaaz. I scheduled the appointment for 03/08/25 at 5:00 and even got a confirmation email. When we went in for our appointment we found the doors locked and our calls unanswered. I went next door to a resturant and asked about this business- to find out if it was even real- and the manager told me that people have come in asking the same question and finding themselves in the same situation! Apparently Experience that Jaaz has been giving out appointments and not keeping them. My boyfriend and I kept trying to call them throughout the day then e-mailed them three times and tried calling them for the past week. There has been absolutely no response at all. I also contacted Groupon to call and inform the business of their dishonesty.Desired Settlement: I would like my money back and or my couples massage with benefits, as well as an apology for going through all this trouble.
