Expedite TV

From day one when I purchased Expidite Tv I have been having issues where the shows freeze up or just logs out and I have chatted with them numerous times about this issue and all they say is they are working on it. It never changed but yet they added some upgrades that they really didn’t need to do. So I asked them what their refund policy was and they told me I can do it and would get the refund in 30 days. Which I feel is inappropriate for the issue I have been having.

on February 2, 2020 I renewed my subscription for $24. I had a situation which I talked to customer service on February 9, 2020 for a refund. I was told I would receive a refund within 10-15 business days. Fifteen days went by and I contacted the business on February 25. 2020 about my refund. They sad it was sent to my bank. I contacted my bank several times to verify a refund purchase from this business and there wasn't a refund. My bank told me to have the business email the completed transaction from the refund. They made up a fake refund slip and I emailed it to my bank and they said it wasn't verifiable so they couldn't file a complaint against them because the business chose to not send the correct information. It's been a month and I still haven't received my refund of $24. I do have all my proof of the dates and times of my transactions with this company. It's annoying because there isn't a phone contact for the business and you could only chat and email. they didn't email me back after several attempts. I could only chat with customer service. it was a horrible experience. All I want is my money back.
