Expedia Cruises - Victoria

At Expedia CruiseShipCenter Victoria, I have been delighted relying on ***. She has been my travel consultant since early 2017 when booking a cruise from Buenos Aires to Victoria. Note that *** and her colleagues are much, much more than cruise travel agents. Others in the office are always friendly, welcoming, and helpful when *** has been unavailable. I find the office location very convenient and with a little patience there is always free parking.
*** is a travel consultant, far more than a "travel agent", as a result of having extensive travel experience, herself. *** is knowledgeable, thorough, creative, personable, and fun. It is not unusual to get an email from her well outside of business hours. We have worked together on the cruise above, six tours completed, and six tours booked.
When crossing the border from Peru to Bolivia, I unexpectedly needed a letter from my doctor. That was to get an official exemption for the yellow fever vaccination from the Peruvian government. *** arranged for this letter, went to my doctor's office, and got it to the tour operator in Cusco. This enabled me to cross into Bolivia and to stay with the tour.
My confidence in *** and the office has led me to introduce a number of friends to her. These are my people for travel needs – period: whether to kick around ideas, for questions, and ultimately for bookings.

I recently purchased 6 tickets for an Alaskan cruise from *** of Expedia Cruiseshipcenters, Victoria B.C. 2 couples from Victoria and 1 couple from San Francisco. *** handled the transactions efficiently and promptly, keeping everyone informed. e was very professional and easy to talk to.
