Exotic Marble & Granite

Review: I hired this company to refinish and re-install an existing granite serve counter in my kitchen. The existing granite piece needed to be cut to size and re-installed at same exact place in the kitchen. The company came to my house, took the granite with them for refinishing. They never came back to re-install the granite despite several repeated calls and set appointments in the past 2 months or so. We sent several emails, made several phone calls. We were promised delivery of the granite and installation on several occassions, most recently on July 8 at 4 pm and they did not honor any of the appointments.

The company also seems to have changed its name to [redacted]" very recently, but are at the same location and contact number.

Alternatively, I would like to reimbursed for the cost of the granite and install charges. The serve counter granite is approximately 8 sq ft. The cost to install the granite at average market price of $55/sq ft is $440. I would like to be refunded the amount of $440 for the granite that the company took away and the cost to re-install it.
