receipts which we have also provided to Synchrony because the customer made the same complaint to them. We can assure you that all the products sold in this store are authentic and have stamps inside the rings etc. whether they are 10k,14k or 18k. The ring that Mr. [redacted] has purchased is 14k white  gold and was brought back to the store to size and to be exchanged for yellow gold instead. We worked with Mr. [redacted] 100% and had told him we would call him when the other ring came in. A week later we got a letter from Synchrony bank stating that the customer wants a refund and was not issued a receipt, we have faxed over signed copies of the purchase and also have spoken to Synchrony bank about this and they have supported us 100% because without notifying the store and without the store accepting the ring back as a refund a refund cannot be issued. The yellow gold ring has been here for over some weeks now and we have not heard anything back from the customer. We have worked with the customer during the time of purchase and also after the purchase when they wanted to exchange it for a yellow gold. We think we have given all the service we can to the customer and won't be able to issue a refund.
