Exer Urget Care

Company Charged my FSA card in for services rendered in with no contact prior to charge - not authorizedIssues with FSA now
In May my husband visited Exer Urgent Care in Northridge,CA They took the card number for the visit for when they figured out why the insurance wouldn't work The location advised they would contact us and let us know what the final charge would be - which they did not In fact we received no communication from them at all since
Recently our FSA card was suspended, when I looked to see why Exer had charged $to the card in February
I contacted Exer in Calabasas right away since there is NO corporate contact number on their website After a week or more of calling over and over I finally got an itemized bill I submitted to the FSA - they still deny the charge stating that funds can not be used for services
Exer NEVER made contact with us as promised Charging a card without notice close to a year later
